The Company
The Beginning
The company was established in 2001, initially to design and build a bespoke web based Brand Management application. The objective – to safeguard the production of correctly branded marketing material from costly brand dilution.
Combining function & flexibility, the application would allow any user the ability to edit a pre-designed template, thus allowing them to produce a rock-solid, professional looking branded document without the necessity for design experience or consultation with brand experts.
Templates are generated from professionally designed artwork, accurately specified and fully approved by the client. We call this a “Digital Asset”.
Easy to use
It soon became clear that the number of “occasional” InBrand® users was a formidable group. Therefore it was essential that the template system was, above all, easy to use and would provide practical reference examples to enable the “occasional” user with limited computer literacy to use the system effectively.
Marketing automation
Since its inception, InBrand® has been providing automated functions through the Administration Area to suit a range of requirements for document production and in 2005 the Browse Function was launched. This powerful tool was designed to contain and manage a whole range of data, (e.g. items, products and their specifications) within different industries such as automotive, catering, property trade and security and financial to name a few. Once data is organised it can be used to automatically populate specific templates with the required text and images to produce complete specification sheets, estimates, quotations, proposals, reports, product catalogues, websites, emails, advertisements and other branded material – the list is endless.
Product development
The company is dedicated to a continuous and sustained development of new and exciting products, constantly expanding the functions and facilities of the system to provide the InBrand® user with a truly comprehensive and interactive Repository for Digital Assets.
