The optional ELearning Module provides the user with a range of tools and page styles to create their own training programmes.

After the content has been approved and it is often the case that the programmes are published to an Intranet site. Individual user can then be advised that their selection of programmes are available. The data feed back to HR and line managers is normally built into the Intranet functionality.
