The Advertising Module

Advertising templates are held within this module. The file structure covering the different types of advertising can be created though the Administration area. The different media is also available for print publishers, and online advertising.  Advertising templates are initially created from clients artwork and then turned into InBrand^® templates which have the brand design criteria embedded in the document. The specification will follow each individual publisher.

Adverts may be scaled to fit the different publisher specifications. The user selects the template and then edits the advertisement to suit, having checked and proofed the advert they can then finish and save the document. It is then ready for transmission to the publisher. Publisher may issue a URN’s for the client which can be quoted back as part of the work flow, a full audit trail is available.
