Hallin Marine comes ‘on-board’ with InBrand® Software
AIM quoted subsea solutions provider to the oil and gas industry uses web-based branding software, InBrand® Software, to maintain their brand around the world
Hallin Marine, the subsea solutions provider, has acquired licenses for web-based InBrand® Software, the brand marketing solutions software provider.
John Quinn, Non-Executive Director of Hallin Marine, said: ‘by using this brand and marketing software, we are able to ensure that we maintain our brand centrally whilst all our sites around the world have access to produce the printed material themselves. Not only will this allow us to make cost-savings at the print end but, importantly, ensure that Hallin Marine’s brand is maintained. This has been part of our strategy for some time and I am delighted to say that we have now found the right software solution in InBrand® Software’.
Chris Quarton, Director and Clive Webster, MD of InBrand® Software said: “Alongside maintaining their brand, and the ability to use the internal translation workflows, Hallin Marine will also be able to access and control their own image library – a must when updating their A4 documents to show their ships and ROVs. This will give them significant time-savings and, therefore, financial ones too”.
Use of the software by Hallin Marine will also help to minimise the time taken over internal proofing cycles and allow publications to be viewed on screen by others.
John Quinn goes on to say: ‘The advantages of this software are, that whilst staff around the world have administrator access, we can control the brand: something the staff cannot do. Working with InBrand® Software is very exciting and their approach and attention to detail has proved invaluable. This is a great development and is part of our overall future strategy on our brand marketing communications”.
