InBrand® stores all collateral as digital assets including images which are held at several resolutions which is then applied to the document or items output requirement.

Litho print and advertising requires high resolution files, internal print requires 300 dpi, web and screen based display require 72 dpi, thumb nails are used for system speed.

The work flows allow for the ordering process getting quotations from selected suppliers, assessing responses, ordering from the select the supplier. The system will send the high resolution artwork to the selected supplier. There are slightly different work flows for advertising and other ordering requirements.
