Welcome to the InBrand^®’s Other Editing Functions

Text Editing

All text editing is done using a computer key board, the colours, font type and sizes are embedded in the template. This information will have been in the original clients design artwork. The text editing screen as seen on the right will only provide the styles which have been designated to be used on particular templates, a typical range of styles can be viewed via the drop down menu and to the right of this.

Content Search

The search function seen on the bar below offers users the ability to put key words and phrases into this search facility. It will then split the screen and display existing text on the left and search results on the right. There is also a drop down which will show alternatives based on the closest % results, the user can then select the entire range of text or the selected required passage and cut and paste into the new document.

Cut and Paste

There is a general cut and paste function within the text editor which allows the user to cut text from any external document and paste this into the new document they are working on, the text will be automatically formatted into the correct brand design details.

Spell Check

The system offers a bespoke directory as every industry use words and phrases which are peculiar to them, so allows to load these into the clients directory for use by all.

Insert Function

The insert function allows the users a number of useful functions to insert the following items into the general text run.

• Text

• Image

• Tables

Automatic Document key name ‘find and replace’, this can be used when including a chapter which identifies a client by name and you are creating a new document using that same chapter but wish to change the name of the company.
