Top Line Functions

Search

This provides users a quick and easy, broad or specific search function to locate documents and images within the system. This includes any templates Word, Excel, PowerPoint, documents once identified the user can click on the item and proceed to work on the them. When the user is working on text and within the ‘Page editor’ there is a further Search facility, this allows the users to search for other documents containing similar information this is displayed on the right hand side, the user can either move the entire text or can cut and pasted the relevant section into their working document.

Reports

There are two types of ‘reports’ Audit and Orders as standard if the client requires a specific customised report then this is also available.

To Do List

This displays a range of elements which require the attention and action by the user such as, replies to quotations, orders out to suppliers, work to be completed, work to be approved and other housekeeping items.

Images Library

Where all the images are stored in, High Resolution, Quality Print, Web Resolution and Thumb nails formats. Video files and Audio files are also stored in this area. This Image library provides a highly flexible facility where the user can to create their own file structures, upload new images, search for, edit images, download to desktop, and other useful facilities.

Administration

This area provides the functions which can only be seen by those who hold ‘administration user licenses’. The admin area holds the organisation chart, office and contact details, individual biographies, supplier details, publisher details, print specifications, and is designed to hold information which needs to be applied to a wide range of situations.
