The Image Library
The Image library can holds all the organisation’s pictures, illustrations, maps, accreditation’s etc, these can be arranged by folder name and sub folders as suits the organisations needs. Images are held on the system as high resolution files for external print, as high quality images for internal or local print, as web or screen based resolution and finally as thumb nails for speed around the system.
Specialist documents may have their own mini library were users can only use the selection available on display. which are rights managed can also be tagged to advise the user and administration that the rights are coming to an end and that this needs their attention.
