InBrand® System Licenses
An InBrand® system is licensed for use by an organisation and is referred to as the Annual corporate and maintenance license fee.
InBrand® System User Licenses & Access
Every user license has their own login and password which automatically provides the designate level of system use.
Administration License Users
Has full access to the systems and administration functions.
Sector Administration License
Has selected access with permissions to use and administrate their designated areas, often these are areas which hold sensitive information only they can see and change: examples, HR documents, terms & conditions and other key legal documents.
Standard User Licences
Again has permissioned access to use their designated areas.
System & Template Training
Administration Training
The systems administrator is required to complete a face to face familiarisations and training course.
The administrator licence has full access to the Help Line by phone or email for any queries they may have.
Systems Function & Workflow Reference Guides
User reference guides are available for all top line and other system functions. These may be down loaded via the companies extranet www.InBrand.co.uk or requested via email from support@InBrand.co.uk .
